- Through the relocation of new businesses and through assistance to existing businesses in Bonner County create 250 jobs by year 2005.
- Measure the effect of the number of jobs we create against the total job growth in the County.
- Create relationships with organizations that facilitate "start up" businesses.
- Educate all appropriate organizations regarding the benefits of economic development and encourage their support through their commitment of time, talent, or treasure by year 2005.
